Amsterdam born and raised artist Marianne Wilhelmina has been inspired by people since she was a young girl. Her art is a powerful expression of her personal belief in a deeply rooted and inviolable unity that is the basis of everything that exists. This connection of all things asks us to see beyond all differences to the fundamental unity of all beings. In a world that is divided and in which each group is fighting for its own personal interest her work is a visual call to leave all that behind and return to love, unity and simplicity instead.
